Dr S Sivagnanasundaram is due to reduce his hours

After 25 years of dedication as a General Practitioner to the public Dr S Sivagnanasundaram has decided to reduce his working hours.

With this in mind we have been in discussions with South Lewisham Group Practice (SLGP) regarding a merger. If this takes place it may happen as quickly as mid to late July 2017. You will not have to do anything as all records and notes will be transferred to SLGP  and you will be notified by letter when this happens. You may wish to view SLGP webpage where you will be able to access a wealth of information.
